This programme aims to produce professionals who are equipped with cutting-edge knowledge in the field and who are able to play active roles in shaping and developing the advertising industry locally and globally.
Bachelor of Communication (Honours) Advertising offers in-depth knowledge of the advertising industry as well as introduction to other areas of mass communication such as public relations. Students receive a solid design foundation, learn how to integrate various communication tools into a corporate strategic plan, and participate in an industrial training programme in advertising agencies or marketing/ communication divisions of large corporations. Furthermore, students will be given a solid foundation in the most recent developments in multimedia communication. As a final year project, students conduct an actual advertising campaign in the Capstone project.
