How to Become a Physiotherapist in Malaysia? 

The UTAR 4-year Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) programme is accredited by The Malaysian Qualifications Agency. Students who successfully complete their programme will be able to register as an Allied Health Professional and practice as a Physiotherapist. The Allied Health Profession Act (Act 774) was gazette on 18 February 2016 and come into force in 2020 . Aspiring Physiotherapists can continue their education and training as specialists through postgraduate studies.
