Students in the public administration programme at UTAR learn about governance and public administration while developing essential skills that can be applied in a variety of employment situations. Students will learn to solve real-world problems and address the challenges in various contexts such as governance, public administration, policy analysis and international relations regionally and globally.
Graduates with a public administration degree can work in both the public and private sectors, including non-profit organisations. Non-profit organisations such as societies, associations, charities, cooperatives, and other voluntary organisations formed to further cultural, educational, health, religious, professional, or public service objectives offer a variety of positions for graduates.
